Ingredients

  • 2 Pomfret Fish
  • 1-2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger 
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper 
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lemon Juice

Recipe

  • In a blender mix together ginger, garlic, turmeric, coriander, red chilli, cumin, garam masala, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  • Apply this paste all over the cleaned pomfret fish and set them aside for 20 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan. When the oil is hot, put the fish in the pan.
  • Cook each side for 5-6 minutes until golden-brown. When cooked, drizzle lemon juice and serve hot. Enjoy!
